Our Current Reach & Future Vision

At present, Nour Punp Charitable Trust operates four educational units through its Modern Dhumkudiya institutions. These learning centers integrate traditional education—including Kurukh language, tribal culture, customs, festivals, music, and indigenous values—directly into the academic curriculum.

Through this unique model, thousands of tribal children are receiving an education that prepares them for the modern world while strengthening their connection to their indigenous identity. Students are encouraged to take pride in their heritage while developing essential skills such as English communication, critical thinking, and social responsibility.

Looking Ahead

Nour Punp Charitable Trust envisions the establishment of hundreds of such educational institutions in the future. Our goal is to ensure that children from tribal communities have access to:

  • Quality English-medium education
  • Preservation and teaching of indigenous languages such as Kurukh, Mundari, Ho, Kharia, and Santali
  • Culturally rooted learning environments that nurture identity, confidence, and community values

By expanding this model, we aim to create a sustainable education system where modern knowledge and traditional wisdom grow together—ensuring long-term cultural preservation and inclusive development.
